French Fare's Executive Chef and owner, Raphael Matet, hails from the Haute Savoie region of the French Alps and brings over 35 years of culinary expertise. He honed his skills in Lyon before gaining experience in Michelin-starred restaurants across France, Switzerland, Denmark, and the UK. After relocating to Australia in 2000, Raphael worked as a private chef and managed established catering companies before founding French Fare Catering in 2007. We proudly participate in the local French community and thrive on working in both English and French.
